It couldn't have been a better day at school for Lakin.....Art, PE, Recess, Movie on the big screen, Headbands game, DQ ice cream cake, balloons, flowers and not one textbook in sight! Lakin had an awesome 8th birthday!
Although...Mark didn't find it very funny that Lakin and Gage put on their lifejackets to play her new Frisbee Golf in the front yard :)
And to top off the day...Uncle Tyler (who has been working soooo hard for the City of Beardstown) thought of Lakin at 8:30pm before he got called back to work. All the city workers (especially Uncle T) are awesome!
