Knights Action Park in Springfield. Gage loved the lazy river and Lakin hated it but everyone had a great time!
We finally did it! On the 4th trip to get her ears pierced, we got it done! But let me suggest to anyone who is taking anyone under the age of 10, do both ears at once! We got the first one pierced right away and the 2nd one done 2 hours later...after a lot of bribing, a 50 year old man piercing both his ears to show it didn't hurt and some help from local high school cheerleaders!
Our first sleepover with her BFF Andy! They were so excited because someone told them they have to stay up all night and play games....but they were out by 9! They ended up sleeping on our bedroom floor and taking baths the next morning (with swimsuits on of course) at 8am, because I told them it was too early to go swimming. Andy even went to church with us, because he wasn't ready to go home yet!

Lakin's favorite part of summer....Sweet Corn! She ate 3 ears and wanted more!
We love Nana and Papa Starkey's boat on Sky-Rush Lake! We are on the water, a few times a week and Gage usually has on a life jacket.
And finally.....the last run "home" for the season!
