Can you believe that it is almost Fall? It seems as though just yesterday I was signing Lakin up for Spring Park Programs and now the leaves are f
alling off the trees.
We have been so busy around the Hobrock house and farm. Gage is on the move at 7 1/2 months and has his first tooth. He is doing great at the sitters and starting to pack on the pounds quite nicely.
Lakin is loving Kindergarten. After school, she rides the bus to
my school (and Nana's) and wants to continue to do schoolwork there. Here is her school picture. She is growing up way too fast!
Mark is incredibly busy at the office and in the fields. Farm wiv
es complain about their husbands being gone at this time of the year...at least until their crops are all harvested. Well, my husband will be gone, not only until all his crops are harvested, but until all his customers/farmers crops are harvested as well. Which makes for a very long Fall but he is an awesome daddy and husband who somehow makes time for us :) And it is never a problems to find a bored guy in a tractor that wants some company. Here is Gage pulling the grain cart (right before he got it stuck in the mud).
I guess I should mention myself. I am loving my first year of teaching Kindergarten. It was quite a big switch, moving from 5th for K, but it is awesome. At this age, they are so intend on learning and they can't talk back....yet:)
